Shipping and returns
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 13:00, we try to ship the same day. However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page gives an indication of the delivery time. If, for any reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
Delivery takes place via the PostNL parcel delivery service. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
It may happen that you want to return an order. Maybe because you don't like the product or maybe there is another reason why you don't want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
You will have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return from your home to the shop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur. To make use of this right, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation in value to you. Please treat the product with care and make sure it is well packed when returning it.
